About the role

How are you creating an impact? We are looking for a dynamic and commercially oriented Associate Manager Product Growth, to drive the strategy, development, positioning, launch, and lifecycle management of products and learning solutions for the Higher Education market.

What you'll do

• Create structured plans for product launch, adoption, renewal, and lifecycle management
• Monitor adoption at institutions, faculty, course, and student levels
• Develop intervention plans for products with low adoption or declining usage
• Recommend product revision, repositioning, bundling, migration, or discontinuation based on performance
• Own and contribute to product-level revenue and margin targets
