Associate Manager Product Growth

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic and commercially oriented Associate Manager Product Growth, to drive the strategy, development, positioning, launch, and lifecycle management of products and learning solutions for the Higher Education market.

What you'll do

• Responsible for translating market, faculty, student, and institutional needs into compelling product propositions, while partnering closely with Editorial, Sales
• Monitor adoption at institutions, faculty, course, and student levels
• Develop intervention plans for products with low adoption or declining usage
• Recommend product revision, repositioning, bundling, migration, or discontinuation based on performance
• Develop annual product business plans and revenue forecasts
