Associate Manager - Real Estate Sales

About the role

The candidate will be responsible for driving business development and establishing partnerships with builders & developer and closing high-impact B2B deals. This role demands a strong business development mindset, understanding of the real estate ecosystem, and the ability to build long-term business relationships.

What you'll do

• Drive end-to-end business development for the Real Estate vertical, from project hunting to relationship building to account management and closures
• Hunting and close opportunities with residential and commercial projects, ideally before handover and OC
• Own revenue targets and consistently achieve or exceed them
• Build a scalable pipeline by mapping key accounts and real estate clusters
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and developers on a regional and project level
