Associate Manager - Reporting Analytics

About the role

We are seeking a Associate Manager Reporting Analytics & Business Intelligence to join our Reporting team, supporting Global Development analytics initiatives in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will build, test, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making while collaborating with reporting specialists, senior leadership, and onshore teams.

What you'll do

• Build, test, maintain, and optimize dashboards and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision making while collaborating with reporting specialists
• Design, develop, and implement advanced Tableau and Power BI dashboards, visualizations, reports, metrics, and analytics
• Build, test, maintain, and refine reporting workbooks and dashboards to support Global Development analytics initiatives
• Provide day-to-day technical guidance and task direction to the Reporting Specialist while reviewing deliverables for quality and standards adherence
• Collaborate with onshore teams to identify and implement predictive and prescriptive analytics solutions
