About the role

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Associate (Marketing & Sales) to join our team and support the execution of innovative marketing strategies. In this role, you will collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, drive social engagement, and build client relationships.

What you'll do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones, leveraging both digital and traditional channels
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, trainers) to coordinate promotional campaigns, events, and services sales
  • Manage and update client and lead information using Zoho CRM, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and feedback, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service
