Associate Marketing Ops Specialist (Experience Center)

About the role

The Associate Marketing, Experience Center Operations & Social Impact role primarily focused on supporting operations for the new Pune Experience Center. This includes all aspects of Experience Center coordination, with secondary responsibility for recurring transactional support across Marketing Communications and CSR / Social Impact.

What you'll do

• Support the day-to-day operations of the Pune Experience Center
• Partner with Sales, Presales and Marketing to plan and deliver customer engagements aligned to business objectives, including agenda design, experience planning
• Ensure ongoing readiness of customer-facing spaces, demonstrations, presentation assets, and experience environments
• CSR / Social Impact & Experience Centre Support
• Support CSR / NGO partner documentation, PO initiation, payment coordination and closure tracking

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
• POS
• B.Com or BBA

• ERP
