Associate Marketing Relations Program - Hyderabad

About the role

This role supports one of Deloitte’s flagship executive programs, including workshops for C-suite leaders transitioning into new roles, as well as live and virtual events, sponsorships, and related campaign activity. The role also supports coordination of pre- and post-lab activities, stakeholder communications, newsletter processes, and related marketing administration.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to support the planning and execution of events and campaigns for strategic clients, service lines, geographies
• Support stakeholder communications with Growth teams, Personal Assistants, Partners, Sponsors, Program Managers
• Maintain event lists, mailing lists, contact records, campaign records, and other marketing data within Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and support the delivery of digital invitations, marketing collateral, bulk email communications
• Support reporting, mailbox management, and activity tracking for Transition Labs and related programs
