  • Validating Vendor Invoices in VIM (SAP OpenText)
  • Managing invoice exceptions (ones that did not fulfil the 3 way match and VIM criteria) for PO and Non-PO invoices in VIM (Key Responsibility)
  • Handling urgent requests from the respective MT units
  • Mail Box Handling , resolving Block Invoices
  • Freight invoice booking in SAP systems
