What you'll do

• Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement
• Place high‑quality outbound calls to prospective students/leads provided by the university; document outcomes and next steps in the CRM
• Handle inbound phone related to courses, admissions criteria, fees, scholarships/financial aid, application timelines, and required documents
• Provide accurate, policy‑aligned guidance and resolve concerns on the call
• Explain university programs (curriculum, duration, pedagogy, accreditation, outcomes) clearly and professionally
