Associate - Operations

About the role

An associate is responsible for ensuring we deliver timely and accurate information to all participants. Associate should identify process improvements by identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommend solutions.

What you'll do

• Understands and contributes positively to meeting client SLA’s, PG’s
• Maintain internal & client defined quality scores
• Ensuring proper documentation and follow-ups and follow SOP’s
• Articulate complex client plans and provisions in a simplified and understandable manner to take an informed decision
• Helps in identifying issues, process delays, and quality problems and recommends solutions and executes

What you need

• 2–4 years in operations
• SOP writing
• Excel
• MS Office
• Documentation
• Learning and development
• MBA or B.Com or BBA or MCA or B.Tech or B.E. or BA
