About the role

We are looking for an Associate – Operations to manage installation operations for Teachmint's Interactive Intelligent Panels (IIPs). The role involves coordinating with customers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality installations while maintaining operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Manage daily installation scheduling and partner allocation
• Coordinate with customers to confirm site readiness and installation timelines
• Monitor installation progress and ensure SLA adherence
• Handle installation-related customer and partner escalations
• Support onboarding and performance management of Authorized Service Partners

What you need

• 1–3 yrs of experience
