Associate Operations Manager

About the role

Be able take up continuous improvement ideas, initiatives, managing team and MIS reporting, maintain synchrony in the team. Be able to create and define SOP’s, TATs for ongoing and upcoming projects.

What you'll do

• Members should be able to manage a team of associates to lead associate/SME level independently
• Revenue Analytics to identify additional reimbursement opportunities in revenue cycle management of US Healthcare
• Meet required benchmarks for production, accuracy, and efficiency
• Able to control Shrinkage and Attrition of team members
• Regular connect with Team members, performance metrics, incentive discussion and team engagement activities/Professional growth

What you need

• 5–9 years in operations
• SQL

• Inventory management
• Any graduate
