About the role

We are hiring an Associate Operations Specialist – Retail Liability Operations (D) to support our Retail Liability Operations team. This role is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with operational guidelines. The candidate will play a key role in document scrutiny, data entry, and transaction processing, contributing to smooth and efficient service delivery.

What you'll do

• Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing
• Execute data entry for account opening and service requests as per prescribed guidelines
• Process customer transactions accurately and within defined turnaround times (TAT)
• Ensure compliance with operational checklists and quality standards
• Support daily operations by adhering to system-based procedures and controls
