The Associate Operations Specialist – Retail Liability Operations is responsible for processing customer requests and transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards. This role involves document scrutiny, data entry, and transaction processing related to account opening and service requests.

What you'll do

• Perform document scrutiny for account opening and service request processing
• Execute accurate data entry for account opening and service requests
• Process transactions in accordance with defined procedures and turnaround times (TAT)
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain high levels of accuracy in all operational activities
• Coordinate with other teams within Retail Liability Operations to resolve queries and ensure smooth workflow
