About the role

This exciting position involves being part of a team of editors that will work closely — and flexibly — with the existing Nature Research Journals, such as Nature Climate Change, Nature Geoscience, Nature Sustainability, Nature Water . The ideal candidate would be a critical thinker with a deep understanding of their subject, curiosity and a desire to learn about areas beyond it, and who can think on their feet.

What you'll do

• Supporting editorial processes relating to manuscript assessment and the peer-review process
• Commissioning, editing and writing content for journals
• Working closely with Chief Editors and journal teams, while reporting to the Head of the Research Cross-Journal Team, on other aspects of journal content and strategy
