Associate - Order to Cash

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Order to Cash (OTC) Specialist to manage end-to-end OTC sub-processes while maintaining key interfaces with the Record to Report (RTR) function. The ideal candidate will possess solid hands-on experience in SAP, strong numerical analytical skills, and proficiency in MS Office to ensure accurate revenue accounting and operational efficiency.

What you'll do

• Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely, compliant generation and distribution of customer invoices in SAP
• Evaluate customer credit applications, analyze creditworthiness, and assist in setting credit limits in accordance with company policy
• Identify, investigate, and log invoice short payments, deductions, and billing disputes, collaborating with sales and customer teams for swift resolution
• Perform regular ledger reconciliations of customer accounts, issue periodic balance confirmations, and clear open items
• Assist with month-end closing activities, including revenue accruals, unapplied cash monitoring, and basic journal entries relating to AR/OTC
