About the role

Provide service delivery oversight to the KGS Advisory Managed Services teams ensuring the achievement of the stated service delivery metrics (quality, budgets, efficiencies), adoption of GenAI, automation and innovation in a global delivery model

• Develop/enhance delivery models with resourcing, costing and pricing aligned with overall Advisory Managed Services solutions portfolio
