What you'll do

• Work collaboratively with Centers of Expertise to ensure proper administration of human resources policies, procedures, and practices
• Point of contact for managers on all HR transactional and advisory inquiries, providing guidance
• Oversee the full lifecycle of employee management from on-boarding, confirmation, employment condition changes, to resignation
• This includes managing inductions, re-designations, promotions, transfers, resignations, and conducting exit interviews with the intent to determine causes of leaving
• Handle submissions of payroll inputs as per statutory requirements and maintain accurate personnel records, including staff attendance, absenteeism
