About the role

Associate Process Manager at eClerx. Primary key POC to maintain and sustain eClerx ISO 22301 certification and related activities.

What you'll do

  • Advise, review and support the businesses to maintain, update, validate business impact analysis (BIAs)
  • Support facilitation and coordination of exercises and testing
  • Support BCM lead to coordinate/suggest actions to mitigate business continuity risks associated with facilities
  • Assess regularly recovery capability/ solutions and reports on status to stakeholder groups
  • Facilitate 24x7 preparedness real time response support during crisis and disruption
