Associate Product Manager – B2C (Fix My Score)

What you'll do

• Support the product roadmap for the Fix My Score B2C platform, including features around credit score monitoring, credit health insights, personalized recommendations
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with engineering throughout the product development lifecycle
• Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, feedback, and behavioral data to identify pain points and product opportunities
• Analyze product metrics such as activation, engagement, retention, conversion, and feature adoption and translate insights into actionable recommendations
• Plan and execute A/B tests and product experiments to improve onboarding, engagement, conversion, and overall user experience
