About the role

We have more ideas than we can build. Your job is to figure out which ones are real, and turn the survivors into a product specification sharp enough for engineering to build from. You won't be generating ideas!! You'll be the person who decides which ones deserve investment — through live customer conversations, rigorous market sizing, and a written case that leadership can act on.

What you'll do

  • Take a rough concept and design the fastest honest test of whether there's a real need behind it
  • Run customer and prospect interviews; separate what people said from what you concluded
  • Size the opportunity — TAM/SAM, pricing, unit economics — and be clear about which assumptions the number actually rests on
  • Write the recommendation memo: build, don't build, or build something narrower. Own the call
  • Turn a validated concept into a PRD — problem, scope, what's in the first version and what isn't

What you need

  • SQL
  • PRD writing
  • Financial modelling
  • Market sizing
  • MBA or B.Tech or B.E.
