Associate, Production Finance - India

About the role

As an Associate – Production Finance, you'll be a key business partner supporting Netflix's growing slate of original productions in India. This is much more than a finance role. You'll work at the intersection of finance, production, and strategy—partnering with internal teams and production companies to help productions make informed financial decisions from development through delivery.

What you'll do

• Build trusted relationships with creative, production, legal, business affairs, tax, accounts payable, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
• Review and analyze production budgets, cost reports, cash flows, and forecasts
• Monitor production spend against approved budgets and identify financial risks, trends, and opportunities early
• Partner with productions to develop accurate Estimates to Complete (ETCs) and final cost projections
• Perform variance analysis and communicate meaningful insights that support business decisions
