What you'll do

  • Talent Scouts & Partnerships
  • Build, onboard and manage a network of talent scouts—including principals, teachers, Olympiad/STEM coordinators, NGOs and program partners—to identify high-potential
  • Own the nomination process, including scout briefing, structured nominations, quality checks and relationship management
  • Build partnerships with credible exams, Olympiads, gifted education and STEM programs to strengthen the talent pipeline
  • Maintain a database of partners/scouts and track engagement and nomination quality

What you need

  • 5–9 yrs of experience
  • Project management
  • BBA or MBA or M.Ed
