Associate - Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a talented candidate to join the India office of DESRI, i.e., DESRI India Private Limited, based in Hyderabad, India. The candidate will play a key role in supporting DESRI’s recruitment operations and candidate experience, working closely with U.S. based teams. You’ll be working during U.S business hours.

What you'll do

• In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruiting coordination across multiple teams and U.S. time zones
• Handle interview scheduling, maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in Rippling, and prepare agendas, materials
• As the primary point of contact for candidates, you will set clear expectations, provide timely communication
• Track key recruiting metrics, help build dashboards and reports, and identify trends or bottlenecks to support data-driven decision-making
• Additionally, you will contribute to improving recruiting workflows and systems, document standard processes
