Handle Personalized Service Requests of Affluent (Solitaire) Customers and Deliver TAT. Ensure Strict Adherence to Regulatory Requirements for Affluent Customer Segment. Coordinate with Internal Teams – CPC / RPC / Investment Desks for Execution of Service Requests of Affluent Customers. Manage Complaints and Ensure Resolution within TAT.
