Associate Relationship Manager-MEL

About the role

As an Associate Relationship Manager – Micro Enterprise Loan (MEL) within the Rural Banking function, you will play a pivotal role in deepening customer relationships and delivering best-in-class service to rural clients. You will support the Relationship Manager in identifying business owners and entrepreneurs in designated areas, assessing their loan needs, and facilitating financial solutions.

• Support loan disbursal and conduct post-loan checks
