Associate - Seller Experience

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented professional to own the Seller Experience function for Myntra Marketplace. This role is responsible for driving adoption of Partner Portal tools and dashboards, resolving seller pain points across all touch points with Myntra, and turning seller data into actionable insights.

What you'll do

• Drive adoption of Partner Portal features, dashboards, and self-serve tools among sellers; identify friction points blocking usage
• Act as the feedback loop between sellers and internal stakeholders — surfacing feature gaps, bugs, and enhancement requests from real seller usage
• Support training for new portal capabilities
• Triage and resolve escalations across seller operations
• Visit seller hubs and warehouses as needed to understand ground-level issues and validate fixes

What you need

• 2–5 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Escalation handling
• Communication
• Any graduate
