• Work closely with the tech team to ensure that the app meets all documentation and compliance standards for loan approval
• Ensure that loan transactions processed through the app are handled accurately, promptly, and in compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards (e.g., RBI
• Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guide all operations, ensuring consistent execution of loan processing
• Monitor operational workflows to ensure smooth end-to-end processing from application submission to loan disbursement via the app
