Associate/Senior Associate - Tax & Compliance

About the role

The Taxation & Regulatory Compliance professional will be responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances across India, UK, and US entities, ensuring timely filings, tax risk management, transfer pricing compliance, labour law compliance, statutory assessments, and supporting business decisions from a tax and regulatory perspective.

What you'll do

• Responsible for managing direct and indirect tax compliances across India, UK, and US entities, ensuring timely filings, tax risk management
• Manage end-to-end direct and indirect tax compliance across India, UK, and US entities, including GST, VAT, Corporate Tax, Transfer Pricing
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, tax payments, reconciliation, tax provisions, and regulatory reporting requirements
• Handle tax assessments, audits, notices, litigations, and correspondence with tax authorities, consultants, and external auditors
• Monitor tax law changes and provide practical guidance on the tax implications of business transactions, cross-border arrangements, and organizational changes
