Associate Software Engineer

This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.

What you'll do

• The Associate Software Engineer supports IT risk management, technical controls
• Draft, update, and maintain Risk and Control Self-Assessments for technology processes and services, including risk statements, inherent and residual risk assessments
• Present and defend assessments during second-line risk review and challenge using traceable technical evidence; document challenge outcomes, resolve comments
• Write, update, and maintain technical standard operating procedures and a governed inventory, including ownership, version history, approval status, review dates
• Translate technical workflows into clear, executable procedures with defined responsibilities, evidence requirements, exception handling, and escalation paths

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Python
• SOP writing
• IAM
• Vulnerability assessment
• PowerShell
• B.Sc or B.Tech or B.E. or BCA
