What you'll do

  • Analyze customer demand, forecast, backlog, and order booking trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Support demand signal monitoring and investigate discrepancies between customer demand and system-generated orders
  • Monitor system transactions and exceptions, including EDI/IDOC processing failures
  • Investigate process gaps and work with stakeholders to drive corrective actions
  • Support initiatives focused on improving customer experience, operational efficiency, and planning performance
