About the role

The Client Servicing Manager will be responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with clients serviced through GIFT City. The role focuses on delivering seamless client experience, coordinating across internal teams, resolving client queries, driving service excellence, and supporting business growth initiatives while ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client servicing and relationship management
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries, requests, and operational issues
• Coordinate with Operations, Product, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams to deliver seamless client support
• Manage client onboarding, account maintenance, and service delivery processes
• Monitor client satisfaction and proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience
