About the role

This critical role requires coordination with field partners to ensure timely processing of talent Clarity of work and training provided to the offshore team Quality and timeliness of feedback especially during ramp-up Regular review of the effort and outcomes between onshore and offshore teams In addition to training, job aids to assist offshore team

What you'll do

• Responsible for a daily audit of VMS timecard status
• Pursue missing timecards and approvals daily to ensure all talent time is accounted for and approved and documenting efforts for field visibility
• Perform daily time entry validations to ensure accuracy of time entry for manual timecards
• Handling of payroll errors
• Adhere to payroll schedules to ensure on cycle payroll for all talent timecards (paid and billed by Friday)

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Excel
• MS Office
• Any graduate
