About the role

This critical role requires coordination with field partners to ensure timely processing of talent Clarity of work and training provided to the offshore team Quality and timeliness of feedback especially during ramp-up Regular review of the effort and outcomes between onshore and offshore teams In addition to training, job aids to assist offshore team

What you'll do

• Run daily and weekly time audit reports to ensure all expected talent hours are received
• Responsible for processing received timecards via email or other time entry tools accurately to pay talent and bill clients. This includes entering time in VMS tools
• Perform daily time entry validations to ensure accuracy of time entry for manual timecards
• Handling of payroll errors
• Pursue missing timecards and approvals daily to ensure all talent time is accounted for and approved and documenting efforts for field visibility

What you need

• 3–6 yrs of experience
• Payroll
• Excel
• MS Office
• Any graduate
