About the role

The MSP Admin is responsible for providing end-to-end backend operational support within the Vendor Management System (VMS) for contingent workforce management. The role ensures smooth execution of pre-boarding and post-onboarding activities while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and timely processing across the worker lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage requisition creation, updates, and closures in the VMS on behalf of hiring managers
• Support pre-boarding activities including interview scheduling, work order creation, onboarding documentation, and background check coordination
• Handle end-to-end worker lifecycle activities such as onboarding, contract extensions, manager changes, cost center updates, and offboarding
• Manage timesheet submissions, expense approvals, and invoice validations within the VMS
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of VMS data, maintaining proper documentation and compliance records
