Associate / Sr Associate - Credentialing/Provider Enrollment

About the role

Night (US Hours) Two openings, one team — Associate requires a minimum of 1 year in US provider credentialing/enrollment; Senior Associate requires 3–4 years including payer-enrollment ownership. Neolytix runs credentialing and enrollment for US provider organizations — getting physicians and facilities enrolled with payers accurately and fast, because every stalled application is delayed revenue for the client.

What you'll do

• Core (Associate & Sr Associate) Prepare, submit, and track provider enrollment applications with commercial and government payers (Medicare/Medicaid, commercial plans)
• Maintain and attest CAQH profiles; manage PECOS, NPPES, and payer portals
• Follow up with payers on application status and resolve deficiencies quickly and accurately
• Maintain accurate trackers — effective dates, expirables (licenses, DEA, malpractice), and re-credentialing timelines
• Handle provider and client data with strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
