Associate/ Sr. Associate - Customer Support

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Executive who will act as the first point of contact for our users, ensuring their queries, concerns, and requests are resolved efficiently. The role requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities to deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What you'll do

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat support to resolve customer queries promptly
• Address complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in CRM tools
• Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Sales, Claims, Tech) to resolve customer issues
• Meet daily/weekly performance targets on response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
