About the role

As a Associate/ Senior Associate - Quality, you will be responsible for analysing compliance, accuracy, and timeliness in application follow-up processes. The role involves systematic monitoring, auditing, reporting, and quality governance to ensure smooth partner coordination and timely application progress in CourseFinder.ai .

What you'll do

• Application Audit – Review 100% of applications “Pending from Partner” (≥30 days) and a sample pool ~40% from “Case Closed” and “Enquiries” to ensure adherence to…
• Compliance Tracking – Monitor daily follow-up reports, audit scheduled actions, and flag overdue follow-ups to processors
• Escalation Oversight – Escalate cases with no partner response after two follow-ups to BU Head with proper documentation and track until closure
• Closure Monitoring – Ensure timely closure of applications (≥60 days) unless justified, update statuses to “Ready for Submission,” and notify BU Head for exceptions
• Reporting & Documentation – Prepare daily compliance reports, weekly quality audit reports, and maintain clear documentation for audit readiness
