About the role

Strategic Business Planner will support the SME Division in driving business performance through structured MIS, financial analytics, sales governance, and portfolio reporting.The role works closely with the Sales, Product & Finance Teams, acting as a central SPOC for business performance tracking and financial insights.

What you'll do

• Lead and support annual and periodic sales budgeting exercises, and prepare performance scorecards at region and team levels to enable structured business planning
• Drive productivity initiatives by identifying performance gaps, conducting variance analysis, and providing actionable recommendations to improve sales effectiveness
• Serve as the central point of contact for income‑related queries from Sales teams
• Track portfolio trends affecting revenue and capital efficiency, and support reporting for refinance‑related portfolio management
