Associate - Tax

About the role

The Tax Technology Manager / Senior Associate will report to the Tax Technology Senior Manager and support the development, enhancement, and maintenance of the organization's tax technology ecosystem across income tax provision and compliance processes.

What you'll do

• Own assigned tax technology and process-improvement workstreams from requirements gathering through design, build, testing, implementation, documentation
• Build and maintain automation solutions that replace or reduce manual spreadsheet-based processes across tax provision, compliance, data preparation, reconciliations
• Support the configuration, administration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of ONESOURCE Tax Provision and ONESOURCE Income Tax, including templates, data imports
• Partner with tax stakeholders to understand process requirements, ask relevant tax and data questions, and translate business needs into scalable
• Extract, map, transform, validate, and reconcile financial and tax data from general ledger, trial balance, investment, actuarial, and other source systems
