Associate - Technical Analyst (Oracle HCM & Oracle Recruiting Cloud)- HR Tech

About the role

This role is responsible for the technical administration, support, configuration, integration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM, with a focus on Core HR and Recruiting. The ideal candidate combines deep Oracle Cloud expertise with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to deliver scalable solutions, support platform stability, and drive continuous improvement across HR processes.

What you'll do

• Provide advanced technical support for Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Recruiting Cloud
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex production issues
• Design, develop, test, and implement system enhancements, integrations, and configurations
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, and cross-functional technology teams to deliver scalable, best-practice solutions
• Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, including impact assessments, regression testing, and deployment readiness
