Associate-Treasury & Public Fund Oversight

About the role

Supports Columbia Threadneedle Investments' Fund Treasury and Private Fund Oversight functions across Mutual Funds, ETFs, Collective Investment Trusts (CITs), and Private/Hedge Funds. Candidate is responsible for supporting Treasury Oversight team, which involves Expense Analysis, invoice processing and reporting activities across multiple products.

What you'll do

• Maintain strong oversight controls and vendor governance over third-party administrator
• Processing payments for Seligman Hedge Funds through a third-party cash management platform and collaborating on wire template setup and maintenance
• Support expense calculations and regulatory "draft" document reviews for the RiverSource Annuities Products on an annual basis as needed
• Preparing independent validations for Hedge Fund strategy Separate Managed Accounts (SMAs) to ensure NAV accuracy under managerial guidance
• Coordinating the annual review of invoice payment approvers by collaborating with business leaders to validate approval authority and maintain accurate records
