About the role

This role offers significant exposure to property valuation, financial analysis, market research across diverse asset classes. The position involves extensive site inspections and interaction with market participants, providing hands-on experience in the real estate valuation profession.

What you'll do

• Conduct property inspections, assess site conditions, and gather market intelligence
• Evaluate construction quality, location attributes, accessibility, and property usage
• Prepare valuation reports across residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, and industrial assets
• Review property documents and assess legal and regulatory compliance
• Build financial models using DCF, income capitalization, rental analysis, and comparable sales approaches
