About the role

Overview Starcom is looking for an accomplished AVP – Account Lead to lead strategic client partnerships and drive integrated digital business growth. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing large-scale D2C businesses, strategic account management, and digital-first marketing solutions.

What you'll do

• Client Relationship Management: Own senior-level client engagements, manage expectations, identify growth opportunities, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Business Growth & Revenue Management: Drive organic growth across existing accounts, identify new business opportunities
• Strategic Planning & Execution: Translate client business objectives into actionable media and marketing strategies
• Strong expertise in digital-first integrated marketing solutions and multi-channel media strategies
• Proven track record of managing large client relationships and engaging with C-suite and senior business stakeholders
