About the role

This role is a specialised Non-Financial Risk position focused on the FX business, providing deep subject matter expertise across products, business activities, risk themes and control environments. The role supports the effective management of non-financial risk in alignment with enterprise risk management standards and regulatory expectations, while helping strengthen governance, reporting and risk structures across the business.

What you'll do

• Support the global FX business on key risk matters, including risk identification, control uplift, governance enhancements and responses to emerging issues
• Oversee escalations and support timely resolution of significant risk, control or governance issues, escalating to senior management where appropriate
• Identify opportunities to enhance risk frameworks, governance processes, reporting and control effectiveness across the global FX business
