Associate Vice President - Techno Commercial

About the role

The Site Head is responsible for overseeing all aspects of iron ore mining operations at the site, ensuring the highest standards of safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. This role involves strategic planning, resource management, and close collaboration with engineering and production teams to meet production targets and drive continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Design the BU Techno-Commercial function structure and team organization at BU and Site levels to ensure alignment with business strategy and organizational principles
• Define and implement SOPs and guidelines for BU-specific Techno-Commercial processes to ensure standardized and efficient operations
• Monitor adherence to governance protocols, report on KPIs, and ensure compliance with audit & risk management processes to maintain process integrity and address gaps
• Oversee procurement plans and strategic sourcing for Common and BU-specific CapEx, OpEx & Services to ensure optimal vendor selection and procurement efficiency
• Review and approve contract documents for selected vendors to ensure clear and enforceable agreements
