About the role

As an Assistant Branch Head, you will support the Branch Head in managing branch operations and business performance. You will oversee day-to-day activities, assist in achieving branch targets, mentor staff, and ensure compliance with regulatory and operational standards. This role is critical in helping the branch deliver both business results and an excellent customer experience.

What you'll do
