About the role
Ensure fulfilment of captive energy commitments to all clients. Monitor PR, generation, and availability of each CPP site. Conduct monthly client performance review meetings. Ensure SLA adherence and zero major client escalation. Analyse generation shortfalls and prepare mitigation plans. Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
What you'll do
