Asst. Manager – Credit Control and Collections

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Manager / Head – Credit Control & Collections to lead the company's collection operations, manage receivables, monitor credit exposure and ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments. The role involves developing collection strategies, managing the collection team, strengthening credit control processes and maintaining healthy cash flow.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement effective collection and recovery strategies
• Establish collection targets and monitor team performance
• Manage outstanding receivables, overdue accounts and ageing balances
• Lead, supervise and motivate the collection team
• Monitor customer credit limits and payment patterns

What you need

• 5–10 yrs of experience
• Collections
• MIS reporting
• Excel

• B.Com or BBA or MBA
