About the role

Ensure availability of critical spare material to minimize breakdown time and maximize availability of plant. Prepare VED analysis of spare Optimization of budget. Ensure minimization of costs through continuous monitoring and analysis of maintenance practice. Preparation of budget and adherence to approved budget.

What you'll do

• Ensure availability of critical spare material to minimize breakdown time and maximize availability of plant. Prepare VED analysis of spare
• Planning and execution of annual overhauling of electrical system within time frame on cost reduction and time management. To avoid the dumping of inventory
• Ensure zero fatality due to electrical failures
• Identify safety observation and Implementation of Hazard & near miss reporting culture
• Ensure compliance of permit-to-work (PTW) system/ LOTO system to ensure zero accident
